By downloading, accessing, or using the Mulchat mobile application (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms affect your legal rights and obligations.

2. The Service

Mulchat provides an AI-powered platform for practicing language conversations. The Service may include in-app purchases for premium features, content, or subscriptions. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair the Service. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Engaging in any harassing, threatening, intimidating, predatory, or stalking conduct.
  • Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise discover the source code of the Service.
  • Using the Service to generate or disseminate spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited messages.

5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew for the same duration and at the same price unless you cancel it through your App Store account settings before the end of the current period. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Service. In no event shall Shenzhen Chenxi Information Technology Co., Ltd be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
